I am not terribly active on DA at all. All I do is check my groups and that's about it... but I just can't seem to leave it either being that I've been here 7 years now. And it's nice to see how far I've come since I started. There are also a couple of artists I still enjoy following.
Even though I have ~146 watchers, my guess is due to my inactivity they've either unfollowed me, or they themselves are not active on DA just like me.
I've seen several people doing the same thing due to an apparently dying community here in DA.
Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/Tumblr whatever seems to be "where it's at" these days for exposure and sharing of artwork, so that's where I'm going to mainly focus my time.
I'm going to strip away the front page and just leave this journal post up and gallery tab.
I'll still check in on my groups and post any art I create, but I'll mostly be active on social media.

Holy Crippity Crapple! A Journal Entry?!

Not sure how many watchers of mine are actually still watchers lol... but yeeeeah if you've been watching me for awhile you've probably noticed I've been non-existent for like... ever.
Not gonna bore you with the details. Long story short (too late); worked a lot, lost jobs, life sucked, mental health suffered, doing better, trying to get back on track.
So, I'm going to try to be more active on Deviant Art. I've already started by focusing on my groups more than I used to. Restructured/Reorganized them and am currently offering Features for Points. It helps me, the groups, and its members out so, win/win overall. If I get enough points maybe I can see about making one or both of them a super group.
So yeah! If you do commissions and want to be featured, just check out my groups! (I'll link the groups and their Commissions/Advertisement FAQ journals below). I'm charging less points than a lot of other places I've seen who do this so... yeah! Please spread the word!
